We are looking for someone (female preferred) to move into the empty room in our flat from 15th Feb. The new member will have to share the flat with a friendly Indian couple only. Our flat is located very near to Ilford station, bus station, Town Exchange Centre, Cineworld and all shops are nearby to this flat. This accommodation will give you the opportunity to have a relaxed, warm and homely living with all you need within walking distance.

The living room is open plan with a fully fitted integrated kitchen. There is a four seater sofa and a dining table in the living area. Each room in the flat has big window for ventilation and it also has a balcony which is connected to the living room. The television is a flat screen packed with Amazon prime, Netflix and different Indian channels. There is also an unlimited wireless internet access.

The kitchen is fully equipped with Washing Machine, Dish Washer, Oven, Microwave, Cookeries, Toaster and all required utensils.
