Clean family home, with just husband and wife and one lodger at present. Family members come to stay occasionally.
No pets.
Strictly no smoking
Strictly no alcohol permitted on our premises.
The cooking and consumption of any pork products strictly not permitted.
The use of family kitchen permitted for cooking.
The use of crockery, pots, pans, utensils permitted.
Eating of meals in kitchen only, no eating allowed in bedroom.
Use of garden permitted.
Responsibility of cleaning and maintenance of shared lodger's wc/shower room is between lodgers.
Lodger to provide their own food, groceries and toiletries.
Use of washing machine and tumble dryer permitted.
Room to be kept clean and tidy at all times.
Lodger must be reliable, responsible, respectful, trustworthy, clean and tidy.
