Double Room In A Modern House

Hiya;

Thanks for taking out time to read my page. I am guessing its either you like the look from the picture and or its within your budget. I am hardly ever around as I travel a lot for work and socials so a trustworthy person is desirable :-)

The property is a modern town house spanning over 3 floors with white and grey deco comprising of 3 toilets, 2 bathrooms and one double room located one the first floor with the other double room on the second floor. On the Ground floor is visitors toilet/cloak room, shared kitchen, breakfast bar and communal lounge with the garden of course.

It is located between two rail stations, Barking and Ilford station; and less than 5 mins drive from Barking (about 15 mins walk). It is just a few mins walk to shops, restaurants and bars with excellent bus links to Barking shopping mall and Ilford exchange shopping mall.
