We have a beautiful ensuite room available in this large refurbed house a few doors down from the entrance to the Elizabeth Line. (York Road entrance).

The bedroom has a double bed, desk, triple wardrobe and large chest of drawers. You will see in the photos there is also a beautiful fireplace.

Everyone has their own fridge/freezer space and their own kitchen cupboard. There is a private garden with picnic table and BBQ. £850 per month all bills inc, except there is a £1 per hour fee for the washer/dryer. A weekly cleaner for the common parts is included in the price.

The one month security deposit is £850.

The housemates are all professionals working in marketing, recruitment, IT, retail management and journalism. It's a clean and friendly house.

Unfortunately we cannot take couples.

The location is on York Road just a few houses down from the station entrance. There's a large Sainsburys within an 8 minute walk and the Ilford Exchange shopping mall with over 80 shops. Ilford is in zone 4 and there are fast and frequent trains only 10 mins to Stratford and 15 mins into Liverpool St. The trains to Ilford station run from Liverpool St and Stratford until after 1am. The house suits young professionals who need easy access to work in central London.

There is no letting agent to deal with. I am a live out landlord and you deal directly with me.

You will be hard pressed to find a nicer and larger room in a completely central location. If you are interested, get in touch and I will reply as soon as possible.
