I’m looking for a chilled female housemate to share a beautiful and spacious Victorian house within the Ilford and Redbridge area. It’s a great place to unwind and switch off whilst having excellent local shops, gym and cinema with quick and easy access (15mins) to Zones 1 and 2 via the Central Line (Redbridge Station) and TFL Rail (Ilford Station). A double room furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and large chest of drawers is available from June 2019. The house is well furnished throughout, in great condition, with wifi, utilities, a garden and free parking included. There’s also the stunning Valentine’s Park and Epping Forest in walking distance.
It’s important that you are clean, tidy and respectful of the property, making this your home rather than just another room in London. Ideally, you will be a relaxed, positive and friendly professional with interests in yoga/meditation, travel and literature - then we’ll have lots to share!
You’ll be sharing with me, a friendly live-in landlord and Carol, another cool housemate. We are sociable whilst also appreciating quiet/down time and people’s own space and privacy.
