There is a lovely large lounge for everyone to share, and a large eat-in kitchen which leads off to a lovely little garden, perfect for a BBQ.

There is a garage for storage or for a car, and a small drive to park one other car.

The house is furnished and bills are NOT included in the rent.

Smoking is not allowed in the house, but you can use the garden if you are a smoker.

Will consider lower deposit of £1000 if all tenants pass referencing and are willing to pay another £15 a month in rent (£3.75 per month extra per person). If not, then the deposit is £3057.00.
