Description
Due to professional circumstances, I have to leave my job and move outside of London. Therefore, I am leaving my room in the nice development from St. David's Square.
The double room is in a two bedroom flat where each room has its own bathroom. My bedroom (the one you are going to take) has its bathroom on the hallway used only by one person as my flatmate has her own en-suite. The flat has also a spacious and bright living room with access to the balcony viewing the Thames.
The flat has all amenities required, large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, separate tumble dryer and TV (no license, but HDMI cable good enough for Netflix from laptop :) ).
As tenant of St. David's Square you get free unlimited access to gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. There is only a 20 pounds induction fee paid once and you can bring for free up to two guests per tenant. Parking slot also available for the flat.
The tenancy is through an agency which requires 5 weeks deposit of the current rent share (840 per month). Utilities are not included and the bill are as follows per person per month:
80 pounds council tax
20 pounds internet (very fast and never had an issue)
40 pounds electricity (monthly standing order)
The electricity bill may be less than 40 as the consumption so far is around 20-30 pounds per month. Hence, there should be a refund for periods paid too much.
You'd be sharing the flat with Melanie who is a recent graduate working as a Technology Risk Analyst in the City.
The tenancy will start from 12th November 2019.
