3 Rooms in amazing 5 Bedroom House on the Thames

We have 3 double rooms available in our 4 storey house on the river directly opposite Greenwich, just 2 minutes walk from the Greenwich tunnel & Island Gardens DLR.

1 room is available immediately and is priced at £675 inclusive of all bills (power, council tax, water, broadband, TV license & even household essentials). It's an average sized double for single occupancy. There's a 2nd double priced at £625 that will be available in the very near future (between mid December to early January).

The penthouse has a large patio overlooking the river, double height ceilings, plenty of cupboard space and a luxury en suite. It takes up the entire 3rd floor. Open to couples, it's priced at £1,100 (all inclusive too) and is available mid December (but very flexible on dates).

The living room and kitchen take up the entire 1st floor, with a small patio on the river.

There are 2 further bathrooms and an extra toilet. There's also an office which could suit someone taking one of the smaller doubles.

The house is set back some 50m+ from the road, so the only traffic noises are from those pesky boats: you have to walk through the garden to get to the front door. At high tide, the river comes up to 6ft below the ground floor room, but at low tide, there's an easily accessible "beach" below the house (it's a little rocky/muddy though).

We are a Latvian student in her late 20's, & a very mature Londoner who dabbles in photography and whisky. It's a tidy house, where we clean up after ourselves; quite important as there'll be 6 of us. We're relatively quiet, as sounds do travel in the building, but we're also friendly, sociable and respectful.

The house is beautiful and we want to keep it that way with tidiness, good vibes & free of drama.

Smoking on the balcony is OK.
