The other tenant is a professional female (therefore would prefer a female flatmate) in her thirties, clean, quiet (successful applicant will get a chance to meet each other) who also works in Law.

Large double bedroom with private bathroom which has its own walk in shower. The room comes with large fully fitted wall to wall sliding wardrobes and is fully furnished.

The living and kitchen area is extremely spacious.

The kitchen has all the modern appliances you need - Integrated oven / microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. The kitchen has plenty of cupboard space. In addition, all cutlery, crockery, cooking and cleaning utensils have been provided.

The apartment is very secure with concierge service - a Telecom in the hallway if you are expecting guests.

Water rates and Hyperoptic broadband are free.

Convenience stores, ASDA Supermarket, gyms, bars, and of course Canary Wharf on your doorstep or a short DLR ride away.

LOCAL LIFE
Close to the open space of Mudchute Park and farm, the Greenwich foot tunnel and Thames pathway for River walks while the shops, bars and restaurants in Canary Wharf are easily accessible.
