We are looking for responsible, clean, professional or student housemates in a big house on the Thames riverside.

Two large ensuite rooms, with one super large room are available in a four-bedroom house. The room shown is very very spacious in London standards, it is almost a studio. The room is approximately 19'8" x 15'1" (275sqft) or 6m x 4. 6m. The room is furnished, with a large double-size bed, a new couch, new wardrobe. We may provide a TV, study desk, carpet etc. The ensuite bathroom is new. The room has great river views, it is on the first floor with a large riverside balcony. The room is bright and gets the afternoon sun overlooking the south-west.

The house is three floors, directly on the side of the river Thames, and has a safe and very quiet neighbourhood (it is on a cul-de-sac, i. e. a dead end; you may only hear the birds and the riverboats). The area is safe and quiet. Essentially, two of the rooms in the house are to be shared by professionals plus the house owner (so, you would be a lodger, sharing the house). The house sharing is in a 3-floor riverside house.

For studio size ensuite room with riverside balcony:
Single person: £315pw (£1365pcm i. e. monthly)
Couple: £343pw (£1485pcm i. e. monthly).
All bills included (electricity, heating, gas, water, superfast fibre broadband, wifi, TV) and council tax as long as you are a responsible sharer. We prefer longer-term stays of a minimum of 6 months or more. A deposit of five weeks rent is required (kept at £1500 for a single person, £1600 for a couple), good references preferred/required.

For other double non-riverside ensuite room, a different option is available:
Single person: £269pw (£1175pcm i. e. monthly)
Couple: £299pw (1295pcm i. e. monthly)
Deposit: £1300 for a single, £1400 for a couple.
Again, all bills included as other room.
