2 bed 1 bath flat in the Isle of Dogs

Hey there

Currently looking for a flatmate to move in with me from June 1st to a 2 bed 1 bath flat in the Isle of Dogs, with the closest station being Island Gardens DLR (6 mins walk away).

I’m looking for someone to take the second smaller room. The bedroom itself is unfurnished, but the rest of the flat will include white goods, a sofa and TV. There is a large newly renovated kitchen, ample storage space, and a great living room space with a lovely balcony that looks out to Greenwich and the Thames! The flat is located in a private development with 24-hour concierge and includes use of a gym and swimming pool. It has very good transport links, especially for Canary Wharf and the City, as well as still being a relatively quiet and safe residential area.

Rent will be £1000/pcm, which includes council tax. All other bills are separate and will be split.
