En-suite bedroom to rent

I am moving out and looking for someone to take my place. Very comfortable in a good area-> 10 minute walk from Island Garden DLR station. Nearest big shop is Asda in Crossharbour.
Ideally we are looking for someone who isn’t working from home. The landlord has a bedroom but is only here 2-3 times maximum per month as lives out of London.
The other 2 flatmates work sometimes from home, both young professionals. If you are a shift worker they are used to it as I was working nights and weekends a lot. We have a shared living room and a big kitchen. There is a bathroom on every floor. You will have your own en-suite. Plenty of storage space in the house.
