Description
Hey there! I’m a current tenant looking for a new flatmate to share this sunny, riverside flat with me. The flat sits right on the Thames, with stunning water views, super relaxing, loads of natural light, a very chill vibe indeed. It even has its own private balcony - perfect to just sit out with a coffee in the mornings or winding down in the evenings!!
About the flat:
- Your own cosy bedroom with a private bathroom.
- Underground parking available, so if you have a car, you’re sorted.
- Fully furnished flat—I’ve got most of the essentials, but happy for you to bring a few bits and make it your own too.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with NEFF appliances (microwave, oven, electric hob), and there’s a dishwasher too.
- A super-short walk to Mudchute DLR, and there’s a bus stop right outside the front gate.
- Rent is around £1,125/month, with some bills included (happy to chat about what’s covered).
- Council Tax Band: E
I must say, the flat is a real haven of mindfulness in busy London, the peacefulness in this residential area where you can relax and recharge... Local perks include a pub right outside the flat for a quiet one and loads of lovely local bars. If you’re feeling adventurous, you’re just a 30-minute trip to Central London. Greenwich is only 10 minutes away. Also short journeys to iconic venues and spots across East London.
The vibe:
I’m looking for someone friendly and social. It’s a two-person flat, so it’d also be great to share with someone who values keeping the space nice and takes pride in making it feel like a home. This is one of the easiest-to-manage properties I’ve ever had, so mindful that you naturally want to keep it clean!
I really enjoy sharing the occasional evening with my flatmate, whether it’s cooking together or just hanging out. If you’re into music, art, or cooking, we’ll probably get along great, but ultimately, it’s just creating a friendly and comfortable space for us both.
A bit about me:
I recently just finished my Masters programme in BIMM, I'm a musician, I’m really into music, film, art, and fashion. I love exploring London but also appreciate a chilled night in. Cooking is a passion of mine, and I’d love to share a meal or two if that’s your thing! I’m a social person, and I’d love to share this flat with someone who values a positive vibe.
If you’re interested, get in touch! We can meet up for a chat, and if it feels like a good fit, I’ll invite you over to view the flat and see how we get on.
