My sister and I are planning to move out of this lovely flat soon and are looking for one or two people to move in and take over our lease up until its end date. We plan to move out in January 2025, so from January to October, the rent is £2100 a month (bills excluded). Come October 2025, the price will increase by another £100, to £2200 a month. The lease ends on October 2026. Please note, the property is managed by Dexters who corroborate with the landlord.
Other important information:
⁃ Maximum of two people can move in and take over the lease.
⁃ No students allowed, unless you can have a guarantor pay one year’s rent in advance.
⁃ No company lets allowed!
⁃ Additionally, your household annual income must be 30x the monthly rent (i. e., the sum of two roommate’s annual income equates to £66,000+).
This flat is a 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom flat. Although the second bedroom is quite small, it’s still doable and enough to fit a twin bed in there. The flat is probably better suited for any couples looking to move, but can work well for everyone!
Located in Island Gardens in East London, our flat overlooks the beautiful waters of the River Thames and boasts stunning views of Greenwich. Our flat is located in a more residential and quiet area, but is sandwiched in-between vibrant places like Greenwich (at Cutty Sark) which is within 10 minutes walking distance, and Canary Wharf which is only an 11-minute train ride away, so there are lots of things to do nearby within reach.
Our flat is only a 6-minute walk from the Island Gardens train station (DLR line). The DLR line can get you to Bank in 19 minutes, so there’s also easy access to Central London.
This flat originally came unfurnished, but we’d be happy to discuss furnishings that we could leave behind for you at no extra cost, if needed (e. g. beds, desk, 1 couch, TV stand, etc.).
Our flat is located within a small gated community, with 24/7 concierge, and a free parking garage, if you drive.
We have modern amenities that include: washing machine, induction hob, fan oven & grill, and microwave.
