Flatmate Wanted for a Bright & Peaceful 2 bed Flat

Hey gals!

Im looking for a friendly, considerate, respectful and clean flatmate to share this lovely space with me.

Ideally late 20’s /over 30’s.
Would prefer you’d have your own circle of friends but enjoy the occasional chat, drink, or meal together.

The flat is amazing full of light, with high ceilings, and located right on the Thames.

Theres a balcony overlooking a park! I’ve lived here for three years and would be so sad to let it go, so Im hoping to find someone who will love it as much as I do.

About me:

Im 36 and work in aesthetics (free treatments for you 🙂.

My work is full of socialising so I really enjoy peaceful home on return -sometimes I watch paint dry 🤣 joke.

Outside of work, Im into the usual hitting the gym, cooking, binging some reality TV, and exploring new places.

About the room:
Comes with a double bed, wardrobe, two sets of drawers (currently in the living room), and two cupboards for extra storage. You welcome to bring your furniture, or bicycle can be stored on balcony. Beautiful river views from the window
The flat:

Located on the 2nd floor, super bright, and spacious

Rent: £1000 per month

Bills: ~roughly £150-£200each, depending on the season (yes, council tax high here tax band F)

8-minute walk to Island Gardens Station (DLR)

15 minutes to Canary Wharf (Jubilee & Elizabeth lines)

15 minutes to Greenwich (National Rail, 20 minutes to London Bridge)

We would be signing a joint tenancy starting on April 23rd, so the landlord needs someone confirmed by the end of March /beginning of April ideally to sort out the paperwork.
