Double Room in Island Gardens / Mudchute

We are a friendly house of 3 guys and 2 girls who have a mix of backgrounds, jobs and ages (26-32)!

We all have our own hobbies and busy lives but sometimes get together to watch the football.

The 5 bedrooms are split over 4 levels with the kitchen and living room being particularly spacious. We also have a weekly cleaner so the house is very clean, but we all contribute to keeping in that way too!

Our landlady is helpful and responsive, so the house has always been kept up well over time.

The room:
A double bedroom that is fully furnished including a desk. It is to replace one of the tenants who is leaving at the end of this year.

We also have a leisure center included in our rent which has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, snooker room, library and a small gym!

The bills each month include council tax, WiFi, water, electricity and consumables (such as kitchen roll, hand wash) and come to about £110.

The area: Isle of Dogs is a little hidden gem in London, we have the Thames right on our doorstep with amazing views over Greenwich. Easy access to Canary Wharf (3/4 stops on the DLR with a journey time of 8 mins), Greenwhich in 10-15mins (by foot tunnel) and a big Asda close by. The closest stations are DLR- Island Gardens or Mudchute, which easily connect to the Jubilee line and Elizabeth line.

- Someone who is happy to pitch in keeping the common areas clean and tidy
- Easy going, good vibes
- Be mindful this is not a party house!
- Works usual office hours/ open to people who WFH also
- Has lived in houseshares before and knows how to be a considerate housemate!
