The room:
- The bedroom is located on the top floor and is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, and small side table. (Other furniture pictured is mine, which I’d be happy for you to buy off me for very cheap!)
- The room is next door to a small shared office space which has a large mirrored wardrobe you can use for extra storage.
- Lovely garden view including pond, ducks, and a heron!

The house:
- 4-bed townhouse 8 minute walk from Island Gardens DLR station in a very safe residential area
- Short walk to the Greenwich foot tunnel
- Spacious and comfy lounge/dining room and kitchen
- 1 full bathroom and 1 under stairs bathroom with toilet and sink
- Beautiful private garden

The housemates
- You’ll be living with three other lovely ladies, aged between 24 and 26, all working 9-5 jobs in local government and consulting.
- Looking for someone friendly to join us who enjoys a chilled night in, pub trip, and occasional night out!
- We enjoy a balance between work and play and are respectful of each other’s space.
- Preferably someone who does not work from home full time.
