We're looking for someone to join our lease from the 24th of October. Ideally, we're looking for someone who'd like to stay for at least 6 months or beyond

About us

Sam
I'm a 29 visual merchandiser that works in retail. I am a hybrid worker and spend 2 days at home and 3 days in the office. When at home I work at the dining table (due to small room with no space for a desk)

When I'm not working I enjoy going to the theatre, cinema or for a browse around London. I enjoy socialising and will be out regularly at the weekend and evenings but also enjoy a night in the flat.

Shauna
I’m Shauna, I’m 39 and I work as a coordinator for live music events and I am in the office 4 days per week / 1 at home! In my spare time I go to dance shows, gym classes and enjoy discovering new bits of London! I have an active lifestyle but enjoy a couple days downtime in front of a good tv series!

We are both queer so it’s important to us to remain a queer-friendly household. We're a pretty chilled and homely household, who enjoy a chat and chill in the living room and sometimes going out together outside the house. It would be lovely to find someone who wants to genuinely make the house feel like a home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

We're clean and considerate, and appreciate open communication. It's not a party flat, although we do have friends over from time to time for chill activities. We're friendly and sociable, while also respecting each other's need for downtime and personal space.
