One bedroom in riverside two bedroom apartment

Hello all. I have one bedroom in my renovated two bedroom riverside apartment available to rent. My current tenant is looking for a female flat mate to share with and she is a very lovely and would make for a great flat share (and of course those interested should meet her). Ideally you would mainly work at a non-home location, or if not certainly have a hybrid role. To be clear I am NOT a live-in landlord (although under my photo it says otherwise, but cannot seem to change this).

The apartment has views from the lounge and balcony over Island Gardens Park and across the river to the Royal Naval College and the Cutty Sark in Greenwich. It's a beautiful spot, with access to Greenwich just a short walk to the pedestrian tunnel under the Thames.

The bedroom is light and airy and currently furnished with a king size bed (and new mattress!),with views of the river.

The kitchen is practically brand new with new appliances, and the bathroom again has been fully renovated.

There is new flooring throughout the main living areas.

There is also a shared garden area complete with pond and fish!

The rent is £1200 per calendar month INCLUSIVE OF BILLS: electricity, council tax, water and BT Infinity unlimited broadband
