The flat will only be let as a single household (existing friends, family or 3 strangers happy to share) on ONE JOINT TENANCY.

Bills will be additional and will be shared between tenants. There are now bills sharing platforms available to make this process easier.

Deposits will be lodged for each tenant individually and safeguarded.

This is an opportunity for singles or pairs of sharers to join others and rent a whole flat as opposed taking a room in a shared house.

Very close to Island Gardens DLR/Greenwich Foot-tunnel - short walk to Canary Wharf/Mudchute via city farm/open parkland.

References required - or guarantor. Professionals and longer-term lets preferred.

Non-smoking - pets considered with additional insurance and with permission from other tenants.
