Hi guys!

My time in this charming room (with loads of storage space and a balcony) has unfortunately come to an end.

The location is super convenient, it's a one minute walk to Crossharbour station, busses are 2 to 3 minutes walk away and there is a huge Asda (open 24 hours on some days) and a small Tesco express right by the flat (not more than 5 minutes walk).

If you fancy a nice walk, the river Thames and a beautiful park are 10 minutes away and so is Canary Wharf.

Rent is £462 (to be paid in the beginning of the month)
Bills are around £60, this includes everything (Internet, Council Tax, Gas and Electricity)
Deposit: £540

The room comes with a big storage place which is basically inside/behind the wall and is covered by a curtain.
And you'll have a balcony as well which is perfect for when you want to dry your clothes in the summer months.

We're an international flatshare and all of us are working full time :)
