We have a lovely double bedroom available for rent from the 18th December (earlier is possible). The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and bedside unit.
We live in a modern, well kept 3 story, 3 bedrooms townhouse. There is a living room (with views of the Thames), a large kitchen, a back garden (with BBQ), a garage (for storage) and a drive-way.
We are working professionals in our 40s looking for a new housemate as our current one is moving in with her boyfriend. I've lived here for 8 years and Elisa (your other new housemate) over a year.
We are friendly and sociable, but also respect each other's space. We are looking for somebody similar. Someone who is looking for a home environment over a party one would be a perfect fit.
The property is situated next to Masthouse Pier (river taxi) - 30 seconds walk from the front door, taking you to central London in less than 30 minutes, and a bus stop at the bottom of the street taking you to Canary Wharf in less than 10 min. Mudchute (about 7 min walk) and Island Garden (about 10 min walk) DLR stations nearby.
If you are familiar with the area then you know how great it is. If not, it's a lovely part of London to reside in, with everything you could need not far from your door.
The monthly price includes bills = £1000
We have an agency that takes care of the contract but our landlord (who is great) maintains the property. It's a 12 month minimum contract & references will be required.
