We have a room available in this super nice 3-bedroom flat/house on the Isle of Dogs just south of Canary Wharf. The room is available as of 1st August.
You will share the flat with lovely Maria (Swedish) in her late 30s. The flat consists of two floors with a private front garden entrance (beautiful in spring-autumn with roses), a backyard, 3 bedrooms, large kitchen and living room, bathroom with shower/bath. It really feels like a home, the layout is more of a house and is very spacious.
The kitchen is big with an amazing gas stove and three ovens, dishwasher and a lot of storage. Next to it is a separate room with a big fridge/freezer and washing machine. The living room is large with two comfy sofas and a 4-seat dinner table. There is also plenty of storage space throughout the whole flat.
Your room is on the 1st floor, facing a quiet street and comes with one big bed, comfy mattress, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. You get very nice morning light through the big window. All bedrooms came with duvet, 2 pillows and bedsheets which we have all stored away, but is available for you if needed.
£670 per month excl. bills.
Bills (wifi, water, electricity/gas, council tax band D) comes up to £75 per person per month. Might bounce up and down depending on the gas/electricity usage.
The area is very lush and is just a 15min walk to Mudchute City Farm and Millwall Park - if you enjoy running this is a great location to do so, or along the Thames river. It’s also just 40min walk to Greenwich Park - super nice in the summer! If you love climbing, CanaryWall is a 5min cycle or a 20min walk from here.
10min walk to Canary Wharf Station (Jubilee and DLR takes you to the center of London in just 12min). 5min walk to South Quay Station (DLR). 15min to Canary Wharf Elizabeth Line.
5min walk to 4 different Tesco's and one Coop. 10min walk to ASDA Superstore. 13min walk to Waitrose.
