Living with two friendly, professional females, one tenant, with whom the main bathroom is shared and the other is the owner, who has her own en-suite and is only at the flat part of the time as she currently lives abroad. The 3-bedroom flat is situated on the top floor of Hamilton House in the quiet riverside St. David's Square complex and boasts a large outdoor balcony with river and city views, as well as a gym, pool, leisure centre and 24-hour concierge. The appartment is ideally located with good transport connections (5-10 mins walk to the DLR, 5 mins walk to the Greenwich foot tunnel and a bus stop right outside on the main road) as well as a range of amenities nearby including supermarkets, shops and restaurants. The rent includes all bills as well as a fortnightly cleaner. We are looking for a lovely, fellow female, who respects boundaries and also is health conscious/covid-safe as one of us is immune-compromised. Please note that this room is for single occupancy only.
