Available room for 850pcm

Hi all! My name's Gurdas and I'm a finance professional (ex-doctor) looking for a new flatmate.

The rent is 850pcm without bills included (around 950 with) and the house looks onto the O2 (we have balconies in front and behind the house) which is just across the water. We also have the option of having guests park here for extended periods for free, so it makes for moving and for friends from other cities visiting really easy. There's also a beautiful pebble beach a literal stone's throw away which is great for barbecues and just watching the sunset. You'd have the bottom floor to yourself, inclusive of your room, the entrance hallway, your bathroom and a utility cupboard (my housemate used to keep his bike in there). The flat is over two floors, with a kitchen upstairs with plenty of room. Our council tax band is E.

A bit about me: I've lived in London for approximately 8 years, 3 of which have been in this duplex. Originally from Manchester but now settled in London. I row from East London and like to gym when I get the chance to do so. I quite like a chilled night in or at a good comedy show, but absolutely love exploring and appreciate that sometimes people like to have people about, but we don't always have to talk and can get on with our own stuff.
