- Well-equipped kitchen: pans, pots, crockery, cutlery, utensils, glasses, ice trays, tea towels, etc.
- Washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, oven, gas hobs, vacuum cleaners, iron & board, and good shower pressure
- I provide bedding and towels, kitchen and bathroom cupboards, as well as luggage storage

PAYMENTS
- Security deposit, upon agreement: £1,200 (one-off)
- Accommodation fee paid on 1st day of the month: £1,200 (monthly)
- All house bills are included, based on reasonable energy consumption and WFH max 2 days per week
