Logder wanted: DBL Bed at clean and cosy flat

Hello :)

I’d love to share this bright and relaxing home with someone who would enjoy its warm and tidy vibe and contribute to cultivating it.
I'm looking for someone who works full-time and has a healthy social life, enjoys hanging out sometimes but also values their alone time.

I've been traveling for most of last year, and now that I've settled back into the flat, I miss having a friendly face to share the occasional meal, drink, stories, popcorn in front of the TV, etc. I'm a warm and kind person and would love to find someone similar. :)

I'm currently home in the daytime during the week and usually out in the evenings, bouldering or meeting up with friends, and very occasionally inviting a friend over for dinner - but I typically go to them instead. :) My weekends vary between being out and about with friends, occasionally away hiking/traveling or chilling at home, looking after plants, doing my nails, etc.

It's important to me that we both clean up after ourselves in shared areas, that we are responsible, and show consideration towards each other. That includes respecting each other's space, and communicating openly and kindly about anything that may come up - whether is something lovely, awkward, or tricky. The aim is that we both feel at home and at ease here. :)

THE FLAT
South-facing, so it's flooded with sunlight year-round. That, along with large windows, makes it nice and warm in the winter, and breezy in the summer. Not to mention the beautiful views of the sunset.

It comes fully furnished and equipped, from kitchen countertops and cupboard essentials to bed and bath linen, laundry, and cleaning equipment. There's a decent amount of share and personal storage space for someone who travels relatively light. No space for extra furniture.

It's a 4th-floor flat. The building has a lift and a security fob entrance that is well-lit. I feel nice and safe here as a woman. :)

THE AREA
The neighborhood is residential and far from the main roads, so it’s super quiet.
The Thames, the canals, and the local parks provide a great atmosphere for relaxing walks and runs. Plus, strolling to Greenwich via the foot tunnel on the weekends is something to be savoured.
There are also plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, and supermarkets nearby, as well as great transport connections.
