ABOUT ME
I'm a welcoming, warm, and kind person. Always happy to help.
I'm currently at home during the day during the week. In the evenings and weekends, I’m either out and about with friends, enjoying my hobbies, or cooking/relaxing at home.
THE FLAT
South-facing, so it's flooded with sunlight year-round. It has a warm, calm atmosphere, with beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset.
As you can see comes fully furnished and equipped, from kitchen countertops and cupboard essentials to bed and bath linen, dishwasher, and washing machine. The room is for someone who travels relatively light, with 2-3 pieces of luggage.
It's a 4th-floor flat. The building has a lift and a security fob entrance that is well-lit. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

The Thames, the canals, and the local parks provide a great atmosphere for relaxing walks and runs. There are also plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, and supermarkets nearby, as well as great transport connections to central London.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
- 5min walk to DLR South Quay
- 10min walk to Jubilee Line Canary Wharf
- 13min walk to Elizabeth Line Canary Wharf
- 5min walk to buses
- 1min walk to public bicycles
PAYMENTS
- Rent of £1,200 must be paid in advance, on the 1st day of the month
- Formal bills are included in the rent (council tax, gas, electricity, water, Wi-fi, TV License, Streaming platforms)
- Expenses of £135 must be paid with the rent on the 1st day of the month, for weekly cleaning shared consumables (cleaning & hygiene products, oven paper, cling film, etc.)
