-Full time professional or student (max 2 days per week from home)
-Responsible, considerate, and communicative
-Contributes to a tidy, clean space

-Travels relatively light, as the flat is (almost) fully equipped - although there is a good amount of storage available.
-The wardrobe is very spacious, and the room is bright and comfortable.

-I enjoy getting to know people, sharing nice moments, family-like vibe.
-Currently at home during the week, figuring out my next professional move after having been caring for my mum for a while

PAYMENTS
- Security deposit, upon agreement: £1,200 (one-off)
- Accommodation fee paid on 1st day of the month: £1,200 (monthly)
- Weekly cleaning and the cost of shared cleaning and hygiene consumables: £150 (monthly)
- All bills are included, based on reasonable consumption and WFH max 2 days per week
