-Full time professional or student (max 2 days per week from home)

-Travels relatively light, as the flat is (almost) fully equipped. Although there is a good amount of storage available.
-The wardrobe is very spacious and the room is bright and comfortable.

-Currently at home during the week, figuring out my next professional move after having been caring for my mum for a few months.

-Flooded with natural light, with sunrise and sunset views and a lovely hammock to watch them from

- Great transport options and easy access to main work, airports and tourism destinations.
-Fully equipped kitchen: pans, pots, crockery, cutlery, utensils, glasses, ice trays, tea towels, etc.
-Washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, new oven/air fryer, gas hobs, vacuum cleaners, iron & board, good shower pressure.
- Bedding and towels available, as well as black-out/thermal curtains and blinds.

PAYMENTS
- Security deposit, upon agreement:£1,200
- Rent paid monthly, on the 1st of the month:£1,200 monthly accommodation, all bills included (based on 2 people, WFH max 2 days per week, and subject to excessive energy use charges).
- Weekly cleaning and the cost of shared consumables are shared monthly for long-term flatmates. £150 a month for short-term lodgers. :)
