We are 4 students looking for one more housemate, must be a student, in a 12 month tenancy starting 31st August. Must have a uk guarantor (earns 35k a year) if not will be required to pay 6 months rent upfront (£6000) in addition to the security deposit of £1100 (deposit will be returned at end of tenancy) and the first months rent of £1000. Room is the ground floor en-suite furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers (the desk, desk chair, white shelves and blue bedside table do not come with the room). Free access to concierge, indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, gym and game room. Zone 2 London. Transport links: Island gardens dlr 4 min walk, 15 min walk to Cutty Sark through foot tunnel. Bus stops 2 min walk.
