Looking for a Tidy and Respectful Female Flatmate

Room across me is ready to move in 1st of June.
I’m looking for a tidy and respectful female housemate. The bathroom is going to be shared with me. I’m clean and I do value thoughtfulness since we are going to live together and no one should clean each others’ mess.
There are 2 other male housemates but their rooms are en-suite so you’ll only share the kitchen with them. They are chill and really clean when it comes to kitchen as well.
•Bills are shared equally when they arrive. (Bills are roughly 200£ a month in total.)

•Rent is 500£.
•The deposit is 600£ (the ad didnt let me put 600 there but it will be paid as 600£)

•We have a cleaning rota for common areas.
