Big bright room in 3 bed flat - Isle of Dogs

Hello!

We are looking for a new housemate to join our friendly three-bed flat in Isle of Dogs. Unfortunately we don’t accept students.

The room is really big, with big windows, lots of sun, big wardrobe with plenty of storage space and available from late July (~27th).

Rent is £1075 pcm and bills come to approx £110 pcm.

The flat is in a safe private complex right by the river and a 12 min walk to Crossharbour DLR station. It has a really big living room, a balcony and big separate kitchen. One of the other rooms is en-suite so you would be sharing a bathroom with one of the current flatmates. There’s also access to communal gardens.



The current housemates are looking for someone (preferably male) that is easy going, clean and tidy.
