Hello. I am going to rent this apartment soon and I am looking for people to join me in this lovely flat. We are two guy best friends and a good friend who's a female and. student who's a female too. We are looking for 2 people to share this house. All of these are ensuites. Before you send me a message asking if this is available, Yes it is available if you're seeing this add. Send me a brief description of you, what do you do and what all are your interests. We all are working professionals so this wont be a party house. We dont mind students as long as they have guarantors. Bills are not included but you they can be roughly around 60-80 per head in winters and even less in Summers.
