Big Ensuite rooms in Canary Wharf zone 2

Hello! We have two rooms available in a spacious 6-bedroom, 8-bathroom house. Each bedroom is ensuite, plus we have two extra guest bathrooms. The house is only a 5-minute walk from Mudchute DLR station, 7 minutes from Canary Wharf station, and about 30 minutes to Central London. It’s located in a quiet area, part of a group of 15 houses with professionals and students, so it’s very peaceful.

The first room is available from the first week of January with rent at £1,000, and the second room will be available from January 26th with rent at £1,050. All utilities and council tax bills generally come to about £80 per month, including Wi-Fi. The house has a huge living room that comfortably fits 15-20 people and a lovely backyard with a shed and barbecue!

Currently, there are three guys and three girls living here. To keep the balance, we’re looking for a guy and a girl to fill the vacant rooms. We’re all working professionals except one who is a student, and we have a chill, friendly atmosphere. We mostly work full-time, coming home in the evenings, and on weekends, we enjoy going out or doing activities (the girls often plan something fun together!).

The kitchen is spacious, and only three of us cook at the moment. After the two move out, I’ll be the only one cooking regularly, so the kitchen is usually tidy and not crowded.
