Room in Beautiful Shared Flat - Isle of Dogs

Hey guys!

Regrettably, after 2 wonderful years, I am leaving our cozy shared flat in the Isle of Dogs to move in with my girlfriend on the 27th September and so am looking for someone to move in around the 30th September.

Not too worried as I have an amazing room/flat to show you!

**Flat Features:**
- Free parking space + visitor parking
- 24/7 concierge
- Gym equipped for all your fitness needs
- And even a sauna!

The room itself is very spacious and has views over Sir John McDougall Gardens as well as the Thames River. We were also able to negotiate a 3 year contract (2 year break clause) so no sneaky rent hikes in the near future.

- Andrea (36): Italian, working in fintech
- Josh (30): English, working as a teacher

A very chill pair who're equally happy to hang out or leave you to it. We're a calm household and while there may be a bar in the flat, we keep the majority of partying outside to maintain the great condition of the flat.

**Upfront/Ongoing Costs**

To ensure full transparency, here's the detailed breakdown of the costs

Upfront:
Tenancy Ammendment = £50, to the agency
Deposit = £917, to me (as you'll be taking over the existing deposit)
Furniture (room) = £200 (our rooms are unfurnished)
Living Room Tv - £140 (everything else is furnished but we had to split a tv)

Monthly Bills
Rent - £840
Electricity - £80
Council Tax - £80
Internet - £13 (which you'll be responsible for)
Water - Included
