Available from 20th Sept. This cosy single room is located in a secure and quiet complex, just a 5-minute walk from Island Gardens station. You'll be sharing the home with a live-in landlord, professionals, and a retired engineer, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere.

The room: Ground Floor. Full-length single bed 200cm x 90cm. Plenty of storage space. Next to a shower/toilet, which is very occasionally used by others.

There is no living room.

The property offers excellent transport links to all parts of London, with only 15 minutes to Canary Wharf. Some bills are included, offering great value for a comfortable living experience.
