You’ll be sharing the apartment with one other person – a 31-year-old male working professional who occupies the second bedroom. The flat includes a bright and airy living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a shared bathroom, and a nice balcony, offering a comfortable living environment. The building also has a shared gym available to use. Bills are usually around £150 p/m, and these are split between the two tenants.
