A spacious double en-suite bedroom in a lovely house right by the Thames Path. Comes with a double bed, mattress, massive fitted wardrobe and a storage box. Plenty of room for a desk or any other furniture you might need.

The house
Cosy and well-looked after 3-storey house.
1 of the bedrooms, the kitchen and a bathroom are on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms (including yours) on the 1st floor and another bedroom and a bathroom on the 2nd floor.
We also have an attic, so plenty of storage space.
The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. You'll only share the fridge with 1 person.
No living room, but there's a big dining table in the kitchen.
1 minute walk from the nearest bus stop, with regular busses to Canary Wharf and Central London. About 10 minute walk to the nearest DLR stations (Mudchute or Island Gardens).

Housemates
You'd be sharing with 3 female professionals. Our backgrounds are in data and law, with a mixture of WFH and hybrid.
We're all respectful, clean and friendly and we'd like our new housemate to be the same. We're not neat-freaks but cleanliness is important to us - we don't have a cleaning rota but we clean up after ourselves and try to be proactive when it comes to chores. We really value a peaceful environment and are mindful of noise levels. Generally we're busy doing our own thing, but we also enjoy an occasional drink or meal together and like to chat in the kitchen when we bump into each other.

Other info
The cleaner comes every 3 weeks or so, the cost of which is not included in the rent. It comes to around £10 per person.
We also split any expenses for cleaning products.
The room is available now, so we will be arranging viewings ASAP.
