Flatmate needed in 2 bedroom flat in Isle of Dogs

I'm looking for a flatmate in a 2 bedroom flat in a quiet location near Mudchute DLR Station (Zone 2).
The flat is furnished and has two double bedrooms, a large living room that gets plenty of sunshine, one bathroom and a kitchen. It's on a 3rd floor (out of 4) and there’s a lift.

If you need to set up a working environment there's plenty of space for that, either in the bedroom or in the spacious living room which isn't used during working hours to put a desk and / or more storage.

Mudchute DLR station with frequent trains to Bank, Stratford and Lewisham is only about 5-7 minutes away on foot and it's half that time to a couple of bus stops with buses running 24h/7

There's an allocated parking space in the underground parking lot.

About me:
I love hiking, music events - particularly electronic, meditation, meaningful conversations, cooking, reading, films.
I'm friendly, easy going and not particularly loud at home. Despite occasionally recording music I do it quietly (headphones) even when I'm on my own.
I moved to London 10 years ago and I've enjoyed the experience with all its blessings and curses. It's home now.
Professionally I'm a software engineer.

I'd like to share the flat with a kind, considerate, friendly and open minded person.

And to be clear: I'm a tenant here, not a landlord.
The property is owned and managed by a private individual (not an agency) living in another part of London and respectful of tenants privacy. I haven't had any issues with him throughout 3 years of living in this flat.
