Hello! We're a house of 3 girls looking for a 4th housemate (preferably female) to join us to replace our current housemate who is relocating. Our contract lasts until September 2025 with option to renew for another year.
Here’s the serious stuff:
Deposit: £785.42 paid to current tenant
Rent: £741 paid on the 6th of each month
Bills: around £110pcm (inc. Council Tax Band E)

- The Room
Your room will be a double attic room at the front of the house facing the river Thames. It is small and cosy, and has enough space for a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed, desk and chair which are all provided.
- The House
The house has three floors: the ground floor which has the living room, a kitchen, and a toilet. The first floor has two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The second floor has your room and another ensuite bedroom. More stuff about the house:

Kitchen - very spacious, fitted with a washing machine and two fridges/freezers (each shared by 2 people), you will have your own cupboard space and there is extra storage near the fridges. Everyone shares the pans, cutleries, utensils, etc. but feel free to bring your own.
Storage - there is some storage space under the stairs on the ground floor, living room and in the bathroom.
Backyard - the kitchen overlooks a lovely pond with ducks and fish, and faces the houses opposite. We often get visited by our friendly neighbourhood cats. We live in a complex and the area is not near a main road, so it's peaceful.

You’ll be joining us - Angie, Serosch and Yasheni working professionals who enjoy cosy nights in as much as going out for good food, drinks and exploring London! We hope to have a likeminded person and someone who is clean and contributes to house cleaning and supplies equally. A little more about us:
I'm a data analyst from Malaysia who enjoys cooking, baking and wall climbing (when I'm motivated to do it).
Angie is a project manager who loves her life in London. She enjoys Pilates, quality time with people and loves animals.
Serosch is also a project manager who loves cooking, eating out and relaxing.
- The Area
We live in a lovely area that is family friendly with a large park and farm nearby (with alpacas!). The neighbourhood is quiet and clean, there are shops conveniently located and getting the bus or train is super easy. You also have the Greenwich foot tunnel only 15 minutes away which gets you across the river in 5 minutes! The house is right next to the river Thames - it’s perfect for going on a walk or just to unwind after work 🙂
