Room for Rent in House Share in Isle of Dogs

I’m looking for a replacement tenant for a cozy flat share in Isle of Dogs.

I’ve lived here for nearly a year now and absolutely love it but sadly I have to move back to Italy in the new year so I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy.

* Rent: £878 per month excl. bills (usually £120 per month, a bit less in the summer months)

* Location: Isle of Dogs, bus stop is two minutes away (277, D7 and 135) and a 10 minute walk to Mudchute DLR station. It’s a very quiet residential area, ASDA is within walking distance and there’s loads of off-licenses nearby too.

* Housemates: Three very friendly & chill girls in their mid-twenties :)

* Furniture: The room comes with a double bed & mattress, a small chest of drawers, a double door wardrobe and a couple of shelves.

* The house: We have a gorgeous living room with a huge sofa bed (it’s great if you have friends over!), a smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video & Disney+, a garage we use to store suitcases, bikes and any bigger item you don’t want in the house, a parking space, two toilets and one bathroom with a shower & bathtub that’s only shared with two other housemates.
