I am planning to move out of my room early March and I am interested in finding a tenancy replacement.
It is a beautiful and cozy room located in a victorian house, approx 5min walk from Crossharbour it goes for £675, bills are not included. However, the maximum we have paid was £115pp during winter months and about £75pp during summer.
The house has 3 floors, 2 bathrooms one of them is ensuite. A massive kitchen and garden as well as a spacious living room. There is plenty of storage throughout the property.
You will be leaving with 3 professionals, Matt (32), Charlie (27) & Melinna (30).
As the property is managed by an estate agency, you will need to take over my deposit, unique payment of £923, pass their reference checks as well as paying a one off £50 payment to change the name on the agreeement.
Rent is always due on 15th and bills are payable at the end of every month.
