I’m looking for a housemate to join my 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom flat in early January (I can be slightly flexible on the move-in date).

Living Room: TV, mirror, plants, dining table, drinks cupboard, and sofas. The lounge overlooks Millwall Dock with a view of Canary Wharf and lots of swans🦢

* Bathroom: One shared bathroom with a shower over bath, lots of storage, and a washer/dryer.

* Kitchen: Newly updated, with a fridge-freezer, microwave, blender, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher and toaster.

* Parking: One off-road car parking space available.

The Room 🛏️

The room is a huge double bedroom with:

* Two large windows.
* A fitted wardrobe and additional chest of drawers.
* Two bedside tables.
* New cream curtains (not shown in the photos/video).
* Space for a desk (which can be added if needed).

The Bills ✉️

* Rent: £900 per month (excluding bills).
* Bills: Around £185 per person (covers electricity, water, Wi-Fi, and council tax).

About the Area 🏙️

Zone 2 – Isle of Dogs

I’ve lived here for nearly two years and love it! It’s a peaceful area with great connections to central:

* 10 mins walk to Mudchute (DLR).
* 25 mins walk / 10 mins bus to Canary Wharf (Elizabeth Line & Jubilee Line).

About Me👩🏻

* I’m 26 and work for a charity in London.

* I enjoy reading, yoga/pilates, museums, bookshops, and exploring the city.

* I also like hosting the occasional dinner or drinks night with friends.

* I work from home around 3 days a week.

About You

I’m looking for a female flatmate (aged 23–35) who is:

* Friendly, clean, and kind.

* Interested in doing stuff together sometimes, maybe a meal, drinks, or a movie night.

* A non-smoker/vaper.
