This room located in Canary Wharf is a top floor en-suite and the largest in the house. The gated community comes with access to the swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room as well as the gym, all located in the main building which has 24 hour concierge

The house is shared amongst 4 other professionals all aged around 24-26, everyone is super friendly but also respecting of each others space.

The nearest transport links are the bus stops right outside which come very frequently including a night bus so there is 24 access to the area. The mudchute station is a 10 minute walk away, and Canary Wharf station is about a 15 mins walk away or 5 minute bus ride.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, dresser, extra small drawer, desk and chair.

As this would be taking over my tenancy, this is only a short term let. For about 2 and a half month (mid June to end of August)

The new tenant will have to pay 2 and a half month rent upfront plus the deposit and a £50 contract fee.

Rent per month (not including bills) is £760 and the deposit is £808
