Double En-Suite Bedroom for student

Hello!
Please consider living with us in the Isle of Dogs’ Island Gardens! The location is quiet and beautiful. We are near a big Asda and a corner shop. We are 3 minutes walk from Island Gardens DLR, 3 minutes walk from the Greenwich Foot Tunnel, and 5 minutes walk from Mudchute Park. There are pubs and cafés nearby. Included in the rent is access to nearby pool and gym facilities which we make great use of.

The room being let is downstairs and at the front of the property. It has an ensuite with a newly renovated shower cubicle. (If you ever fancy a bath, I’m sure the two tenants sharing the 1st floor bathroom would let you if you asked nicely!)
The furniture included in the room: double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table/drawers, free standing shelving unit. It is also right next to the hallway storage, in which you can hang up clothes, store luggage or extras.
The shared kitchen / lounge is really pretty and spacious and a good place for hanging out all together!
It has just started getting super sunny and we have found that the garden is a real suntrap.
Our landlord has been pretty terrific, responsive and helpful the whole time we have been here, though we haven’t had too many issues.
You will be living with 3 goldsmiths students who are finishing their undergrad in 2025/26, and potentially a student from Westminster. We understand the unease with moving in with people you don’t know. We would say that we are really friendly and looking forward to finding and getting to know a new housemate - whether you are specifically looking for absolute besties (we would love that) or you are just looking for a home and you don’t care that much for the social aspect of things (that would be perfectly fine with us :))

Because we are all students and this ad is only available to students, we are exempted from paying council tax.
