The flat is large with a spacious lounge and kitchen, and laminate wood flooring throughout. Please note there is no lift in the building.
Location is nice and quiet. It's about 25mins walk to Canary Wharf and 20mins walk to Greenwich. Closest station is Island Gardens on the DLR (about 10mins walk).
Rent is 1150£ and excludes bills (electricity, council, wifi, and water) which comes to approx. 185£ (each person).
You'll be sharing with my best friend, a professional female in her early thirties. So preferably I'm looking for someone similar - a professional female who is friendly and considerate.
