Double Room in 3 Bed Flat - Island Gardens DLR

👋🏻 We're Matiss and Lydia, two friends looking for a lovely new third flatmate in our queer-friendly household in Isle of Dogs, a 6-minute walk to Island Gardens DLR station.

Have a choice of one of two double bedrooms in our 3-bed, two-storey flat:
the larger bedroom is £620 per month + bills,
the smaller bedroom: £560 per month + bills.

The choice is yours! One of us is in the larger room at the moment, but can easily switch depending on which you prefer / best suits your needs.
The bills come to roughly £120 per month per person (we split all bills equally).

🏠 The flat:
Shared living room with sofas, a coffee table, and a separate dining table.
Kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, and a washing machine.
Bathroom with a separate bath and shower.
Small storage cupboard for things you don't need daily!
There is on-street parking available.

📍The area:
This is a quiet residential area and a quiet flat with little to no noise from neighbours.
There’s a park nearby with a large green plain that gets the sun and lots of benches all around the outside. We go and sunbathe and read there sometimes!
Mudchute Farm is 2 mins away, as is the Thames footpath with great views of the river and city.
Across the river is Greenwich, with restaurants, shops, the Market, and The Royal Observatory.
O2 Arena for gigs, eating out and shopping is just 30 mins away.
There's an IKEA 35 mins away.

ASDA Superstore is 8 mins walk away.
Little convenience shops within 5 mins away.
A shop and a cafe opposite Island Gardens DLR station.
Gyms – nearby in Greenwich and Canary Wharf.
A pool in Deptford and an outdoor Lido in Charlton.

😎 About us:
Lydia is a freelancer in the arts and works variable shifts ranging from days to evenings.
Matiss is originally from Latvia, has been living in London for almost 10 years, now works in marketing in a 9-5 Monday-Friday job, in the office twice a week.

We currently have no pets but we can discuss it if you have any.
We like to keep the place clean so we do a house clean once a week or so!
