OFFICE / ADDITIONAL ROOM SPACE
- The room between the kitchen and the garden has lots of space.
- It previously had decks in the corner, and currently is being used as general storage (or a washing drying spot).
- Other than the rail of coats in the corner and the fridge I am happy to clear more of this out if you'd like to put a desk in or work from the existing small table and have a private office space.
- Alternatively use it for music / exercise / art / storage whatever!

The desk pictured in the living room is my housemates so that area will be free too and is a nice work spot that will be free.

GARDEN
- Back yard space has 6-seater table and chairs
- Full sized table tennis table and large double hammock.
- Other miscellaneous things welcome if you have them!

TRANSPORT / PARKING
- 3 min walk to bus stop, 4 buses that head towards Canary Wharf every couple of minutes (5 min journey). Alternatively 15 min walk.
- Canary wharf has Elizabeth line, Jubilee line, DLR and Uber boat making the house super well connected.
- I travel into Faringdon from home in 30 mins.
9 min walk to Crossharbour DLR station.
- Close to Greenwich
- Street parking permits available, I have my car here.

- Located at the end of the street right next to a rose garden and giant John McDougall park across the road.
- Right next to the river which has a beautiful riverside walk all the way up to Limehouse.
