This room for rent comes fully furnished and includes all bills. The room offers a desk, chair, bedside table, chest of drawers, and a wardrobe. It is the biggest room in the property and has a double bed with a recently replaced mattress. The property has a shared kitchen living areas which includes a 40 inch tv. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher and property comes with a drier. There are two bathrooms on the premises - one with a shower and one with a toilet.

Flatmates are great to live with and would not be leaving if my circumstances did not change.

I would like someone to replace me ASAP targeting move in date of first week of December.
