Hi all! Looking for someone to take over my room as I am moving out in the near future. The contract ends May 2027 but if you want to end the contract early you just have to find another replacement!
The area is filled with nice residents, the area is super quiet and peaceful with a good view of the Thames!
I live with 3 other Aussie professionals who are super chill and friendly.
5 minute walk to DLR station and 5 minute walk to Greenwich foot tunnel. 20 minutes to London bridge on tube. 15 minute walk to big ASDA
Use of communal gym and pool with signing
Rent will be increased by around £50 from May 2026
Will be looking to move out late Jan to early Feb.
The room will be fully furnished apart from Bed frame.
