We’re looking for a new housemate to join our lovely 4-bed, 3-floor home in E14. The room is available on the top floor, sharing a bathroom with one other person.

Located on the 2nd floor

Comes furnished with a bed frame, mattress, and wardrobe

Bright, cosy and private — perfect if you enjoy having your own space

Spacious 3-floor house with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (shared between two people each)

Fully equipped kitchen — we share everything, so no need to bring your own utensils, pans, or plates

Communal living area and garden

We keep the house clean, comfortable and homely — it really feels like a home, not just a rental

👯‍♀️ Who You’ll Be Living With

You’ll be joining three lovely girls:

Lia (29) – Super outgoing, loves painting and yapping, and she’s also our in-house hair braider ✂️. She occasionally brings her dogs over for short visits, so we’re looking for someone who likes dogs and is comfortable having them around from time to time (no live-in pets, just quick visits).

Valerie (28) – A homebody who loves cooking for everyone and does nails (so you get the full beauty package 💅🏽).

Ife (25) – Very sweet and easy-going, works from home most of the time.

We’re all friendly, respectful and close, more like a small family than just housemates. We love spending time together (movie nights, dinners, drinks), but also appreciate our own space. It’s a chill, positive household — not a party house, but definitely full of good vibes!

🌿 What We’re Looking For

We’re after another girl who’s:

Clean and tidy (and happy to follow the cleaning rota)

Respectful and considerate of shared spaces

Responsible and proactive — we like people who just get things done without being asked

Dog-friendly, since Lia’s pups sometimes pop by for a cuddle

And most importantly, someone who wants to make this their home, not just a place to crash
