Tenancy details

Rent: Up to £2200 per month (Final rent to be confirmed by current landlord - could be less but not more)

Move-in: 10th February

The new tenant would take over the existing tenancy by way of assignment, subject to landlord approval and standard referencing

The landlord is open to a long-term rental after the initial takeover
