Hi everyone,
We have a beautiful en-suite double room available from 18 March 2026, located on the top floor of a lovely house in a quiet area of the Isle of Dogs.
The room is very spacious and comes with a large wardrobe, a desk, and a brand new bed. Being on the top floor, it also benefits from a small private area by the room entrance with two external storage cupboards. You’ll also have your own private bathroom, making it a great and comfortable space to live in.
You’ll be sharing the house with two girls and one guy, aged between 27 and 40, all professionals working hybrid or office-based jobs in central London.
We’re respectful of each other’s private space, but also enjoy chatting, cooking together, and the occasional dinner or drink :) We’re organised and keep common areas tidy, with a weekly cleaning rota that we all take part in.
We’re easy-going, enjoy going out with friends, and sometimes have people over, always keeping everyone informed. This isn’t a party house, but we do enjoy the occasional BBQ, especially given the great outdoor space :)
The house is arranged over three floors and has a large garden. While there’s no separate living room, the kitchen is very spacious with a large dining table, plenty of storage, and two fridges. We’ve also created a lovely outdoor “living room” in the garden, which is especially nice during the summer.
The area itself is lovely and very close to the river path, perfect for walking or running. There’s also a Santander bike station directly opposite the house, with many others nearby. Also the Canary Wharf area is super close, so there is a lot of things to do!

1 min walk to bus stop (D7, 135, N550) approx. 20 mins to Canary Wharf, 50 mins to Old Street
7 mins walk to DLR stations: Crossharbour or Island Gardens
15 mins walk to Canary Wharf
Important details:
The property is managed by Foxtons Agency, but we are in regular contact with our lovely landlady, who is very responsive and quick to resolve any issues.
Rent: £950 pcm including bills - We have a clear and transparent breakdown of bills, which is provided and managed by us. The total may vary slightly depending on usage.
The property is furnished; however, the bed shown in the photos was purchased by me. The bed base and mattress are 2 years old, in excellent condition, and of high quality.
If you decide to move in, I am selling the mattress only for £300. It is an Emma mattress, and it comes with a Panda mattress topper included.
The original price was £950 for the mattress and £100 for the topper. The bed frame, which is brand new, I’m leaving for free :)
