Ground floor 2 bed 2 bath flat right on the Thames with views of the O2 Arena and Greenwich. The back door is right next to the riverside path and the private pier.

The photos are current and the video is from before I moved in, we have some lovely landlords who do help and fix stuff and there is a Concierge and maintenance team for the buildings.

my previous flatmate has moved out of the en-suite room so looking to find someone new to get on the contract from June 22nd. The room is available from now though so can sublet until the renewal. I absolutely love this place!!! so I don’t want to have to move out as well.

The room comes with the desk, bed frame, mattress, wardrobes/storage and bedside tables (pictured) the rest of the stuff has been moved out.

6min walk to Island Gardens station, 15/20mins to Canary Wharf by bus, tube or cycle

Underground parking for bikes or visiting cars, there is a parking space for a car but that is taken by mine, very happy to chauffeur around town and to the shops :D

I’m a 23yo man working freelance in live music and events so I keep some odd and late working hours, but I love a relaxed vibe and sleeping in when I am home. I also have long stretches of being away, especially during summer.
